Welcome to the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command’s (SDDC) Systems Response Center (SRC) Customer Self-service web site.

Self-Service – The site enables the SDDC user community to communicate, find answers to frequently asked questions, create and update a service request with immediate access to information without having to wait for an email response or a returned telephone call. To create service request from the Self Help web page, click on Self Service Page link at the top of the Welcome menu and complete the new user registration.

Program Representative – This site is reserved for those SDDC designated individuals who are part of the SDDC multi-tier help desk support. Individuals other than those designated as the Tier I, II or III support staff will not be granted access to this site.
